"Still, I think he's rather tasty"
After all these years, Disney's Aladdin is out on DVD. This is basically one of two modern Disney animated movies which I actually liked. The other, Beauty and the Beast, came out on DVD not too long ago. So I am all set. :)
... and after all these years, when the large woman comes out and says the title phrase, I'm still not sure if she intends to eat Aladdin or just longs for his companionship. I'm open to suggestions on that front.
I was reminded of how Disney changed the lyrics to the opening song, way back when. The changed lyrics are of course present in this release. Stupid cop-outs. At least I have the original soundtrack with the line, "where they cut off your ear if they don't like your face..."
